A notorious night-owl, Jennifer is our lead litigator. She focuses on commercial litigation, probate and trust litigation, oil and gas, and appeals. Jennifer received her undergraduate degree from the Metropolitan State University of Denver, and her law degree from the University of Colorado, where she was a published member of the Colorado Journal of International Law & Policy. She is admitted to practice in Colorado, the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Christian J. Schulte, Esq.
Christian brings his twenty years of courtroom experience to our firm. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, probate litigation, and construction defect matters. Christian is also a certified mediator.
He received his law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1997. Before law school, he earned his undergraduate degree in anthropology at the University of Missouri-Columbia. During law school, he worked as an intern in the Boulder County District Attorney’s office, where he prosecuted his first jury trials, and served as an associate editor of the University of Colorado Law Review.

A former law clerk for the Weld County Courts, Tim is a member of our litigation team and the firm’s managing partner. His practice focuses on disputes among private parties as well as disputes with local, state, or federal government agencies.

Nathan Godsey, Esq.
A native of Greeley, Colorado, Nathan leads our estate planning practice. He prepares wills, trusts, and complex estate plans for individuals and families, as well as powers of attorney, medical directives, living wills, and disposition of remains forms. Nathan also handles probate and trust administration matters, and related dispute litigation.
