Estate Planning Attorney
Nathan’s practice focuses on the preparation of wills and trusts, powers of attorney, and other related documents. He also handles probate and trust administration, guardianships and conservatorships, and disputes about inheritance rights, about distributions of interests in trusts or estates, and involving the administration of trusts and estates, including breaches of fiduciary duty claims. Nathan also advises trustees and personal representatives on their roles in administration of estates both before and after someone dies, and helps families plan for how to transition wealth and to care for their aging loved ones.
A native and current resident of Greeley, Colorado, Nathan received his undergraduate degree from the University of Northern Colorado, and his law degree from Regent University in Virginia Beach Virginia, where he was a published member of the Regent University School of Law Journal of International Law.
From 2013-2021, Nathan owned and operated his own law firm, Godsey Law Office, LLC, which provided estate planning and administration services from its office in Eaton, Colorado.
Nathan is a father of five, guitarist, angler, cook, and CrossFitter, who enjoys time with family and being outdoors in Colorado. He is an active member of Bethel Baptist church in Greeley, Colorado, and recently welcomed a young puppy, Ellie, into the family.
