A 2010 cum laude graduate of the University of Connecticut, Nate obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2013. He received his Master of Laws in taxation as well as a certificate in State and Local Tax from Georgetown University Law Center, where he graduated with distinction and member of the dean's list. Nate was named a Rising Star by Colorado Super Lawyers Magazine in 2020, 2021, and 2022. Nate was named a 2022 Northern Colorado Forty under 40 honoree by BizWest.
Nate is licensed to practice law in Colorado and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Colorado Bar Association and a former board member of The Matthews House.
